Paris is great for that. Wandering aimlessly and taking a moment for yourself sans judgement. I remember a sunny afternoon in jardin Luxembourg, 2 girls napping on a bench under the sun, their shopping bags waiting for them. And no one cared. J'adorée ça.
this really resonated with me. can I ask.. what actually changed for you that made this possible? i'm so used to moving so quickly and always thinking about what's next, and i know slowing down and becoming truly present doesn't usually happen by accident. was there something you intentionally changed, or did it happen more organically?
