OK so I’ve been wanting to talk about this for a while.

I was made to be a boss. Not in an ego way.. in a I-genuinely-love-inspiring-people, let’s-build-something-together, watching-someone-grow-into-themselves kind of way.

Leadership always came naturally to me. Just ask my high school fashion show team, the sorority I was social chair of for my only year at Wisconsin, or any group of friends I’ve ever been a part of. But delegating did not.

So here’s the inside scoop on how I actually run things. Some of it I learned the hard way. All of it made this company better.
